However, access to proper emergency services can sometimes feel lacking during peak hours. While there's a warm vibe among neighbors, we definitely need more organized events or gatherings to strengthen those bonds even further.

Roads in Prashant Nagar are mostly well maintained, which makes getting around pretty hassle free. The footpaths could use some attention though, a few stretches have potholes that can be annoying while walking. Auto and cab availability is quite decent, so I rarely face trouble hailing one when needed. Overall, it's a nice place to live with easy access to transport options despite the minor issue with the footpaths.

Traffic jams during peak hours can be really frustrating here. The roads often get clogged, making it tough to move around quickly. Also, street lighting at night is quite poor in some areas which makes it feel a bit unsafe when walking back home after dark.

Plenty of food options nearby really makes Prashant Nagar special. I love checking out the local restaurants, there's a great variety from authentic South Indian to some spicy street food stalls. The parks are well kept and perfect for evening strolls or weekend picnics, filled with greenery that adds to the charm. Just wish some of the cafes would stay open a bit longer on weekdays, they close too early sometimes!

Nice selection of restaurants and cafes in Prashant Nagar. I often grab breakfast at that local eatery with the best poha. Plenty of options for dinner too, from biryani joints to pizza places. Supermarkets are within reach, but sometimes the smaller kirana stores might not have all the items on my list, a little more variety would be great.

Very little noise around here, which makes for a peaceful atmosphere. The property prices have been climbing steadily, so it's looking good for anyone thinking about investment.
