Even though there are some nice shops and restaurants nearby, these utility issues can really impact daily life. It's a mixed bag for sure, with potential but definitely room for improvement on essential services.

Power supply here is pretty reliable, with minimal outages even during the summer months. Water supply tends to be consistent too, which makes daily chores much easier.
