It's nice to see so many restaurants and cafes popping up around Dhalua lately. I love grabbing a quick bite at the local eateries, especially those serving delicious street food that reminds me of home. The property prices here have been climbing steadily, which shows how much people value living in this area. Just wish there were more options for dessert places, sometimes I crave something sweet after my meals!

Auto and cab availability in Dhalua is pretty decent, which makes commuting around Kolkata easy. I rarely find myself waiting too long for a ride, even during peak hours. The power supply here has been quite reliable, so I don't have to deal with frequent outages like some other places in the city. One small complaint would be that some parts can get a bit noisy at night due to nearby traffic and celebrations. Other than that, it feels good living here with everything being so accessible!

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Roads in Dhalua have seen better days, with potholes and uneven surfaces being a common sight. It can be quite frustrating trying to navigate through without bumping into some serious craters. Footpaths are not much better, most of them are broken or just plain missing, making it tricky for pedestrians like me to walk safely, especially at night. Cabs and autos are usually available but the waiting time can get pretty long during peak hours since many drivers don't prefer coming here due to the road conditions. Sometimes I've had to rely on app based services which can also be hit or miss depending on demand. On weekends it's a bit easier but still not ideal if you need something quick during busy times. Overall, while there's potential in Dhalua, these issues definitely make life a.

Street lights in Dhalua do a decent job of illuminating the roads at night, making evening walks feel relatively safe. Power supply is quite reliable most of the time, which is such a relief compared to other parts of Kolkata where outages can be frequent. The local shops and markets are great for quick errands, and I appreciate how friendly everyone is around here. One little annoyance I've noticed though is that some areas could use better maintenance, there are a few spots where the lighting isn't bright enough or feels flickery. Still, overall it's nice to live in an area that feels so welcoming and comfortable.

Quiet mornings with chirping birds make it feel peaceful here, and I've really enjoyed the reliability of power supply most days. The local parks are great for evening walks without any disturbances from traffic noise. Just wish there were a few more shops nearby since sometimes running errands can feel like a hassle. Still, the overall vibe makes Dhalua a lovely place to unwind after a long day.

Water supply issues pop up more often than I'd like to admit. Sometimes the taps run dry for days, which can really be frustrating. On the plus side, property prices have seen a decent rise recently, making it a bit more appealing as an investment spot. That being said, if you're looking at long term living here, consider how those water woes could affect your day to day life. With new developments coming up, I hope they tackle this problem soon so that we can enjoy both better amenities and growing property values without worrying about basic supplies.

Buses run frequently from Dhalua, making it super convenient to reach different parts of Kolkata. The new metro line is a game changer, I've found traveling downtown much faster now. Safety feels good here too, with families strolling around and kids playing in the evenings. Street lighting could be improved though, some areas feel a bit dim at night which makes walking alone less comfortable. Neighbors are friendly and often greet you while passing by, creating a nice sense of belonging. Overall, I enjoy the mix of community vibe and accessibility that Dhalua has to offer.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Metro connectivity is pretty awesome here, with Dhalua station just a short walk away. Bus services are frequent too, so hopping onto a ride to explore the city isn't an issue. The roads in the area are mostly well maintained, making commutes hassle free. I enjoy strolling around, however, some footpaths could use improvement since a few spots have uneven surfaces that can trip you up if you're not careful. Despite that minor hiccup, walking or biking feels safe overall thanks to relatively light traffic during peak hours. The mix of local shops and small eateries adds charm to my outings as well.

Lots of hospitals and clinics around here, but the quality can be hit or miss. I've had to wait ages at some local health facilities even for minor issues. Power cuts happen more than they should, which is pretty frustrating especially during summer months when you need AC the most. It feels like we're juggling with these basic needs while living our daily lives. On a brighter note, there are enough shops nearby for quick errands and food delivery options aren't bad either. Just hope they improve on those critical services soon!

Hospitals and clinics are easily accessible in Dhalua, which is super convenient when you need medical care. The local shops and markets add to the charm, making day to day errands simple. However, traffic can be a real hassle during peak hours, it takes much longer to get anywhere. Still, the overall atmosphere here has its own appeal with friendly people and plenty of options for food and shopping.

Peaceful mornings with just the sound of birds chirping are what I look forward to here. The streets have a calm vibe, which makes morning walks enjoyable. Just around the corner, there are plenty of small restaurants and cafes that serve delicious food. The local eateries offer everything from spicy chaats to comforting biryanis, making it easy to grab a quick bite or enjoy a sit down meal. I especially love this little coffee shop where the barista knows my order by heart! One downside is that on weekends, some popular spots can get crowded and service slows down a tad. But overall, finding good food options nearby is never an issue.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Supermarkets and local kirana stores line the streets of Dhalua, making everyday shopping super convenient. I often find everything I need without having to travel too far. Noise levels are pleasantly low most days, which is refreshing after a long day in the city. However, there's this one corner where construction work can get a little loud at times, but thankfully it doesn't last too long. Overall, Dhalua has that nice blend of liveliness and peace that makes returning home feel really good.

Supermarkets here are pretty well stocked with everything from fresh produce to daily essentials. I often find myself popping into local kirana stores for quick buys, and the owners always greet me like family. Water supply has been mostly reliable, which is a huge plus during those summer months when other areas struggle. The only thing that gets a little annoying is the occasional shortage of certain groceries on weekends due to high demand. Still, the overall vibe in Dhalua makes up for it, there's just something comforting about this place that makes everyday errands feel less of a chore. Can't imagine living anywhere else right now!

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Parks are a mixed bag here. While I enjoy taking evening strolls in the small green patches available, they often feel neglected and could use some more maintenance. There are decent food options around, with a few local eateries serving tasty Bengali dishes that hit the spot every time. However, finding good cafes can be a challenge, most places just serve chai and snacks without any real ambiance to sit down and relax. One issue I've noticed is that during monsoon, some areas get quite waterlogged due to poor drainage. It's frustrating when plans get interrupted because of this problem.

Traffic here can really test your patience, especially during peak hours. Commuting on the main roads feels like a gamble with time as vehicles crawl along, and public transport sometimes struggles to keep up with demand. Metro access is decent but can get crowded quickly, leaving you squished against strangers during rush hour. I've noticed that local buses are often late or packed full, which doesn't help when you're in a hurry. The constant honking adds to the stress of navigating this chaos, making simple trips feel more complicated than they should be.
