Supermarkets and local kirana stores are super handy around here, making grocery shopping a breeze. Metro connectivity is pretty decent too, so getting to different parts of the city isn't a hassle at all. Just wish some of the smaller shops had better stock sometimes, but overall it's been great living near Datta Chowk!

Can't get over how many parks and green spaces there are around here! It's nice to have a peaceful spot for morning walks or evening strolls. Property prices seem to be going up, which is great news for the investment aspect but can be a bit tough on the budget if someone's looking to buy. Just wish they could keep the streets cleaner since sometimes it gets a little messy after weekends.

Super easy to get around from here with good bus connectivity, and there's a metro station not too far away. Plus, having schools and colleges close by is a big plus for families. Just wish the street lights were better at night since it can get pretty dark walking back home sometimes!

Power cuts here can be pretty frequent, which is frustrating given how much people pay for their homes. Property prices have shot up over the last few years, but reliability in power supply has lagged behind. While the location is easy to navigate and close to necessities, dealing with electricity issues can make daily life annoying. I hope they sort this out soon because it's a major drawback considering the rising living costs.
