Hospitals and clinics are really close by, which gives me peace of mind knowing that help is just around the corner. It's easy to see that everyone in the area looks out for one another, whether it's sharing festival plans or helping with a quick grocery run. The community events bring people together and make it feel like home. One small issue I've noticed is that public transport can get a bit crowded during peak hours, making commuting sometimes less than pleasant. Still, the overall vibe here makes up for it!

Nearby schools and colleges in Chandivali are quite impressive, especially for families with kids. I've noticed several well known institutions that offer quality education, making it easier for parents to choose good options without traveling far. Auto and cab availability is pretty decent too, it's usually easy to grab a ride at any time of the day. The one downside I've faced occasionally is that during peak hours, the wait times can stretch a bit longer than I'd like. But overall, everything else makes up for it!

A real thing about Chandivali is that property prices have shot up quite a bit, making it tough for newcomers to find affordable options. There's definitely a nice sense of community among the residents, with plenty of local gatherings and events bringing people together. However, the infrastructure still has some room for improvement, especially when it comes to roads and public transport options. It's great to see diverse cultures blending here but addressing these issues would really make a difference in the daily lives of everyone living around.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Parks in Chandivali are decent but could use some attention. I often find myself wishing there were more green spaces to escape the concrete jungle. Some parks have limited seating and barely any maintenance, making them less inviting for a relaxing stroll or family outing. On the brighter side, supermarkets and local kirana stores offer a good variety of daily essentials. It's convenient to grab groceries without traveling far, though sometimes prices feel a bit steep compared to nearby areas. The lack of well kept gardens does make me hope for better planning in the future.

Surrounded by greenery, Chandivali feels like a peaceful oasis in the bustling city. Noise levels are surprisingly low, especially at night, which makes it great for winding down after a hectic day. Safety is generally not an issue, I often see families out for evening strolls without any worries. Just wish the street lighting could be improved in some areas to make nighttime walks even more comfortable.

Metro connectivity is decent, but it's not the most convenient option for daily travel. While the nearest station isn't too far away, walking there can be quite a task in the heat or if you're carrying groceries. Auto availability is hit or miss, sometimes you have to wait ages to find one willing to go your way. Cabs are more reliable but tend to surge during peak hours which really adds up over time. Public buses run often enough but can get crowded, making commuting less pleasant on busy days.

Noise from traffic can get pretty overwhelming, especially during peak hours. While there are some parks and patches of greenery that provide a nice escape, they often feel overshadowed by the hustle and bustle around. It's great to have spaces like these for a bit of peace or to take my dog out, but I wish they were better maintained. Mornings usually offer a quieter vibe but as the day rolls on, it feels like the calm gets lost in all the sounds of city life. Some evenings can be quite hectic too, making it harder to unwind after a long day.

Property prices in Chandivali have been rising steadily, making it a hotspot for those looking to invest. However, dealing with power cuts has become a frequent issue and can be quite frustrating, especially during the summer months when it's sweltering. While the location's proximity to key areas is great, having unreliable electricity definitely puts a damper on the experience. It's something that really needs addressing if residents want to enjoy their time here fully.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Roads in Chandivali are generally well maintained, making it easier to navigate around. The footpaths, however, could use some improvement as they're uneven at spots which can be a hassle while walking. When it comes to food options, I love the variety of restaurants and cafes nearby whether I'm in the mood for South Indian or Chinese, there's always something tasty around. Local eateries often have great vibes and delicious meals that keep us coming back for more!

Sounds like a chill place to unwind after a busy day. Noise levels are surprisingly low, which is refreshing for Mumbai. I often go for walks along the footpaths and while they need a bit of maintenance here and there, they're mostly decent to stroll on. The roads have seen some upgrades lately, making driving around smoother than before. One small thing that can be annoying is the occasional honking during peak hours, but it's not too bad overall. Definitely enjoying this area!

Power cuts in the evenings are pretty rare, which has made living here so much better. I love how everyone knows each other, there's always someone to chat with at the local chai stall or while jogging in the morning. The vibe feels friendly and welcoming, like a small town despite being right in Mumbai. I've even joined a few community events that really strengthen those ties among us residents. Only downside is that during festivals, traffic can get annoying since people flock here for celebrations. Still, seeing everyone come together makes it all worthwhile and adds to the local charm.

Restaurants in Chandivali are quite diverse, with a mix of local favorites and trendy cafes. I often hit up Caf Coffee Day for my caffeine fix or the nearby Maharaja Bhog when I'm craving thali. The street food around here is also pretty good, especially the vada pav stalls, they serve some satisfying snacks. However, traffic can really become unbearable during peak hours. Roads get jammed quickly, turning what should be a quick trip into a frustrating experience that eats away at your time. Navigating through those congested streets while trying to catch lunch can really test your patience. Overall, the food scene keeps me coming back even though getting there might involve some serious delays!

Mornings here are blissful, with the chirping of birds and a cool breeze. Green spaces like parks provide an escape from the city's hustle, perfect for evening strolls or just relaxing under the sun. I love how peaceful it feels compared to other parts of Mumbai, however, weekends can get noisy with events nearby, which sometimes disrupts that tranquility. Overall, it's a lovely blend of nature and urban living.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Street lighting in Chandivali is pretty decent, making evening walks comfortable and safe. I appreciate how many schools and colleges are nearby, which is perfect for families with kids or those looking to further their education. There's a vibrant local vibe, especially during festivals when the whole community comes alive. One small issue though: at times, the main roads can get a bit congested during peak hours, but it's manageable overall.

Walking through the streets, I often notice how close knit the residents are. People greet each other and stop for a chat at local spots, which adds to that warm neighborhood vibe. However, when it comes to parks and greenery, there's definitely room for improvement. The existing parks seem neglected, lacking proper maintenance and adequate space for families to enjoy picnics or play. It feels like there's potential for more green areas where kids can run around safely without worrying about traffic nearby. More effort in this department could really elevate the community experience here.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Supermarkets and local kirana stores are abundant in Chandivali, making shopping really convenient. I love how there's a variety of options close by, whether I need groceries for the week or just some snacks. The nearby supermarket usually has good discounts too. Metro connectivity is another highlight, with the line not far away, commuting to work is hassle free and quick. Plus, buses run frequently here, so getting around Mumbai feels easier than expected. One downside though is that during peak hours, even though public transport options are available, they can get overcrowded. Still, that's just a minor issue compared to all the benefits this locality offers!
