On the education front, there are a few decent schools and colleges nearby, which is a plus for families with kids. However, the traffic congestion around these institutions can be quite frustrating during drop off and pick up times.

Street lighting in the evenings is pretty lacking, which can make walks feel unsafe sometimes. Even though I appreciate the friendly vibe among neighbors, it's hard to relax knowing some areas are dimly lit at night. Overall, it's a nice place but we really need better safety measures after dark.

Footpaths around here are pretty decent, making it easy for walks and jogs. Road quality is mostly good too, which is a relief during the rainy season.
