Hi All, I recently bought a flat in SJR Fiesta Homes after looking at properties for six months to find the best one.
Good residential apartment complex that is perfect for those who work in phases 1 and 2 of electronic city Your life is made easier by the convenience of all stores being within striking distance. NICE Road and the Electronic City BMTC bus stop are nearby.
Maintenance is not that good.
I recently reserved the flat because of its great location, nice amenities, and affordable price.
I thought the price was on the high side when I went to the project location to look at the 2 BHK apartment. But after the salesperson went through all the options, I was delighted that it fit within my budget while still having all the amenities I needed.
