Nearby schools and colleges are impressive, making it a great spot for families. It's pretty peaceful most of the time, but sometimes traffic noise can be a bit annoying during rush hours.

So many cute cafes and restaurants around, we love trying new places every week. The community feel is really nice too, everyone's friendly and it feels safe for evening walks. Just wish the garbage collection was more regular, sometimes it can get a bit messy in certain spots.

Schools and colleges are super accessible, which makes it easy for families. There are a couple of good hospitals and clinics nearby too, so healthcare is never a hassle. Just wish the traffic wasn't as bad during peak hours, it can get pretty frustrating at times. But overall, it's a nice spot to be in Kochi.

Beautiful parks and loads of greenery make Thrippunithura a refreshing spot to unwind. Auto and cab availability is mostly good, but sometimes I've noticed longer waits during peak hours.

Roads here are a bit of a mixed bag, some are really well maintained while others need a lot of work. Footpaths could definitely use improvement too, especially for walking during the monsoon. On the upside, there's no shortage of amazing restaurants and cafes nearby that serve everything from traditional Kerala food to trendy coffee options. It's great to have so many choices just around the corner!

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Hospitals and clinics are pretty close, which gives me peace of mind. Property prices have been steadily climbing, making this area a solid investment choice for anyone looking to settle down. There's always something happening around here, but the constant construction can get annoying at times. Overall, Thrippunithura really combines the best of both worlds with its modern amenities and cultural heritage.

Traffic during peak hours can really test your patience here, especially near the main roads. But I love how many supermarkets and local kirana stores are around, they make grocery shopping super convenient. Just wish there were better ways to manage the congestion!

Cultural events around here always keep things interesting. Water supply is mostly reliable, which is a relief during the hot months. Just wish the traffic wasn't such a headache during peak hours, sometimes it feels like time stands still when I'm stuck on the roads.

Walking around, you quickly notice the friendly vibe among residents. Everyone seems to know each other and there's always someone to chat with. Just wish the footpaths were better maintained because dodging potholes while walking can be a little annoying sometimes.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Auto and cab availability here is pretty decent, making it easy to get around. Nearby hospitals and clinics are a big plus for anyone who values quick access to healthcare. Just wish there were more options for late night transport because sometimes finding a ride after hours can be tricky.

Noise levels can get quite high, especially during festival seasons. I sometimes miss the peaceful moments when the local celebrations turn into late night loudspeakers and firecrackers. Supermarkets are decent, but I often find myself preferring local kirana stores for fresh produce since they tend to have better quality and prices.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Peak hour traffic in Thrippunithura can be pretty frustrating, especially around the busy junctions. Despite that, property prices here have been steadily rising, which is encouraging for anyone looking to invest. With its rich cultural history and good access to various amenities, the area feels lively and welcoming. Overall, I enjoy being in a place that balances tradition with modern conveniences.

Metro connectivity is super convenient here, making commutes much easier. I've seen property prices go up steadily, which feels promising for the future. Only thing I wish was different is that some of the bus schedules can be a bit unreliable during peak hours.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Footpaths are pretty much in shambles around here, making simple walks a bit of a challenge. Road quality isn't exactly stellar either, potholes seem to pop up overnight and driving can feel like navigating an obstacle course. Noise levels vary depending on the time of day, but evenings often bring unexpected chaos from traffic or celebrations nearby, which disrupts any hope for peace after a long day.

Roads in Thrippunithura are generally well maintained and make commuting easy, plus property prices have shown steady appreciation lately. Just wish the footpaths were in better shape for walking around without having to dodge potholes.
