Telangana: The Government sanctions a whopping Rs 600 crores for the 2 BHK living spaces in Telegana's urban locales. The allocation of funds comes right before the GHMC elections, and the move is anticipated to block the protests of the opposition for failing the ruling party's promise of 2 BHK flats.
West Bengal: Mamta Banerjee, the hon Chief Minister of WB has granted special land rights to 25000 refugee families in the state. A further of 1.25 lakhs of refugee families too shall get the same rights in the near future. The rights would act as proof for most of the families' citizenship.
Mumbai: The Indian cement sector would get it's own regulatory and authoritative body to oversee the proper manufacturing and distribution of the material. Noida: 1000 residential plots allocated by the YEIDA or the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority to boost the residential sector. For the 1075 plots, over 2452 applications were received by the authority, hence showing the increased demand for the land near Jewar Airport.
